These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Lauzon online sample ordering platform (the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, without limitation or qualification.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website.
Lauzon is committed to maintaining a secure environment for all online transactions conducted through the Website.
All information submitted, including credit card details and personal data, is transmitted using encrypted communication protocols designed to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of your information.
Such encryption prevents third parties from accessing, intercepting, or altering the data transmitted.
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, and Lauzon does not retain or store any credit card information.
For security reasons, payment information must therefore be re‑entered for each new transaction.
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to the taxes mandated by applicable federal and provincial legislation.
Taxes are calculated based on the delivery address associated with the order.
When applicable, shipping and handling charges are also subject to tax.
Lauzon ships only to valid physical addresses. Deliveries to post office boxes are not permitted.
Standard shipping fees are included in the purchase price of sample products. Under normal circumstances, deliveries to most urban areas within Canada and the United States are expected to arrive within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Lauzon shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from the actions of third‑party carriers, nor for delays caused by customs processing for shipments outside Canada.
Orders will be processed once payment authorization has been successfully completed.
Orders submitted after 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed within up to three (3) business days.
Lauzon reserves the right to modify delivery timelines, prices, and shipping fees without prior notice.
All online purchases of individual sample boards are final.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for these items.
